Teen Gym - is a semi-supervised Gym session in the main Equipment areas. It is desinged to provide casual access to younger adults to encourage them to participate in fitness activities. It is occurs just after school hours and provides an hour of Gym time to students on a pay as you go basis.

Viva - is an older adult lower intensity aerobics class, great for the heart. It is a combination of strength training, floor exercises and low impact aerobics. All class members are encouraged to exercise at a rate that is comfortable for them.
