OUR GROUP FITNESS CLASSES


Spa Clubs offers Freestyle Group Fitness classes for all ages and abilities from aerobic, children's, strength, mind and body and older adult sessions. This pages is to give you a list of classes and description for the session.

A High Intensity Interval Training inspired class with a focus on Strength, Cardio and Core. This all round workout will challenge you whilst leave you sweaty and full of energy.
Challenges all your major muscle groups by using weight exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you want.
This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Inspired by martial arts inluding boxing, karate, taekwondo, capoeira, muay thai, you’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Combination of cardio and strength training which provides a great workout to increase general fitness, assistance in weight loss and lowering blood pressure. Moving from one exercise to another with each exercise working a different muscle group.
Pump our freestyle class with intense, low impact weights based and resistance training. Able to sculpt, tone and strength your whole body.
You will work all your major muscle groups from top to bottom and also enjoy abdominal work. This class has variety and using resistance equipment, body weight, balls and free weights to keep you engaged and challenged.

Men's Group

Punch

Men’s Health group is a circuit style workout designed to build strength, stability and overall health and well-being. Are you male? Why not give this class a go, something different to add to your normal routine.
A simple, boxing inspired class that allows you to work to your full capacity. You will burn calories fast as well as strengthen and sculpt you entire body.

Rock Bottom

Take 30 minutes out of your day to strength, tone and define all the muscles of your lower body – legs, gluts, hips and more. This is a muscle conditioning workout for the rock bottom.
Step combines 3-4 combos on an adjustable step catering for all levels. The aerobic movement with strength and stabilization exercises This energizing cardio workout that will leave you feeling free and alive.
​A fun, low impact and upbeat cycling class. Ride from the shorelines to the hills and add a little interval training to get your body into shape. This class is for beginners as well as seasoned cyclists.

Fit & Lean

Increase your heart rate, tone and strength your leg through some aerobic step moves combined this with the strength component with light hand weight throughout this 60 minute class.
Class designed for the over 50’s. to include increasing muscle strength with the use of a weights program and a bit of fun to keep the brain motivated and active along with coordination.
Basic aerobic moves to elevate your heart rate shape and tone your body as well as burn fat. This class can have a different combinations from circuit, resistance, body weight exercise, where every week will be something different.

Viva is a low impact get together in a circuit type style using weights, stability and strength training. Fun games and activities to get those motor skills fine tuning.
​Yoga a great way to development for the body, mind and spirit. Concentrates with body alignment, correct posture, flexibility and awareness to your body. Yoga can help improve digestion, can help reduce stress levels and calm your mind.
Semi-supervised Gym session in the main Equipment areas. It is designed to provide casual access to younger adults to encourage them to participate in fitness activities. It is occurs just after school hours and provides an hour of gym time to students on a pay as you go basis.
