What do you love about being a PT?
Hi my name Tom Pearsons, Coming from a very sporty family I have always had a massive interest in health and fitness which lead to my love for the gym. The gym has helped me reach many of my own personal goals from improving my body composition, performance in sport and has significantly helped me from a rehabilitation and mental perspective having spent a lot of time rebuilding following sporting injuries. I am extremely passionate about all things sport, health, fitness and wellbeing and this lead me to study extensively in these areas.I am also very passionate about helping others and I would love to help guide you in the right direction to achieve your own fitness goals. |

I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years, after a 7 year career in dentistry. I began my work as a Personal Trainer after the birth of my second son and I have never looked back.
